Transition Management - Post auction, VAS provides you with transition support to help you coordinate all of the project management tasks needed for a successful go-live. This includes preparing a ramp plan, coordinating technology connectivity, and finalizing contract language as well as a host of other key items to make sure your go-live and transition runs smooth.
